Conversational English Courses

Conversational English Courses are aimed at the people who value more practical skills of using English and who are less interested in mastering examinational techniques and sophisticated grammar structures required at all sorts of exams. Small number of students in groups (max. 8) enables to create optimal conditions for conversations. Thanks to it all the participants are provided with many opportunities of using English during the meetings.

The lessons at conversational courses can be characterised by:

minimal amount of homework
maximal amount of practical language exercises during the lessons
many conversations
various topics mentioned in the classroom

Examinational English Courses

Examinational courses are aimed at people who want to take in the future such exams as FCE, CAE, CPE, TOEFL, TOEIC, TELC. The lessons on such courses can be characterised by big emphasis on all the important aspects necessary during taking the above-mentioned exams. It doesn't refer only to the examinational techniques, but also to the whole range of points required at specific exams.

English Courses preparing for The Final Exam after The Secondary School

They are divided into to levels: elementary and advanced . All the elements of the final exam are mentioned during the course e.g.: requirements, different kinds of examinational tasks, the criteria of assessment and the system of points, directed conversations: obtaining and giving information, commenting the events, negotiations, the dialogues based on the pictures etc.

Courses for Students

The courses for stsudents start at the beginning of October. They are expected to finish at the end of May. There are high dicounts for students who attend these courses. Those who want to join the morning courses can obtain 35% discount and the others can take advantage of 25% discount. The courses for students are divided into less-intensive and intensive. The meetings take place twice a week or once a week. It is also possible to join the courses at weekends.

Individual courses

Individual courses aimed at those who prefer one-to-one learning. The length and intensity of such courses is arranged individually with the participants and as a result the price depends on the number of meetings purchased by the student.

Courses for children

The courses for children are dedicated to children above the age of 8. The lessons take place once or twice a week and last 45 min. We plan 15 meetings/term (1x45 min.) for children at the age of 8-9 with the price of 180 zł. and 30 meetings/term (2x45min.) with the price of 360 zł.

The courses for adults - not only for beginners

A large number of our students are adults. Most of them start learning English from scratch. I have prepared a special offer for them and we have formed a few groups aimed only at such students. The lessons take place both in the mornings as well as in the evenings. All the students who complete the starter or elementary level can continue their education up to the proficiency level.

Business English

Business English Courses are aimed at the students who are interested in learning the topics connected with business. The learners expand their vocabulary and grammar constructions which are very useful in business contacts. The courses range from elementary up to proficiency level and are divided into less-intensive, intensive and individual. The main emphasis is put on communication which is vital in business negotiations and also on business correspondence. During the course the students make use of the authentic materials from such newspapers like Financial Times or Economist.

English courses for companies

We also offer English courses for companies and institutions. The curriculum and the schedule are arranged individually with the participants of the courses. The meetings can take place at the company's location or at our school. The courses which we offer for companies can be less-intensive or intensive.

Individual lessons / one-to-one courses

Individual lessons are aimed at the students who prefer one-to-one learning. The length and intensity of meetings are arranged individually with the participants so that the price depends on the number of lessons bought by the participants. This form of learning allows to choose the most suitable days and hours of meetings.

English Summer Courses

English Summer Courses take place in July and August. What makes these courses differ from the others is the price which is much lower than in school year. The number of students in a group is never higher than 8. During holidays we also offer individual lessons.
